HOW TO REGISTER

Delegates can register ON-LINE for the conference, using a secure credit/debit card payment site.
Registration is open to member and non-member delegates.  Delegates wishing to qualify for discounted member rates must be a fully paid up member of one of the following Societies:

  • British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS)
  • British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM)
  • Neonatal Society (NNS)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Card payments can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or debit card: Visa Delta.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by American Express on-line.
  • All on-line card payments (both credit and debit cards) are subject to an administrative charge of 2.95%.
  • For hard copy registration forms the additional 2.95% charge only applies to credit not debit cards.
  • Card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunch, teas and coffees, but NOT accommodation.

Discounted ‘Member’ rates and ‘Early Bird’ registration rates are available.

Medical: (clinicians and doctors in training)

Non-Medical: (midwives, nurses and scientists)

Student: Student registrations must be supported by a letter from their Head of Department or Supervisor, clearly stating the student’s current position.

CONFIRMATION AND FINAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION (JOINING INSTRUCTIONS)

Written confirmation and a receipt for payment will be emailed to all registered delegates.  Further conference information, including directional maps, will be available on the conference website prior to the start of the conference.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please note that named substitutions can be made at any time. Payment of any refunds due will be made by the Secretariat after the conference.

Cancellations received in writing will be refunded after the conference at the following rates:

On or before 3rd March 2014 50% of registration fee refunded
On or after 4th March 2014 25% of registration fee refunded
After 1st May 2014 We regret no refund can be made but named substitutions can be made at any time 


CPD ACCREDITATION


This meeting may be deemed suitable for your Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Continuing Professional Development Programme (CPD).We have recived the following accreditation:

MONDAY 9th JUNE 2014 - 4 points

TUESDAY 10th JUNE 2014 - 6 points

WEDNESDAY 11th JUNE 2014 - 6 points

All participants will be issued with online certificates of attendance. 

LETTER OF INVITATION FOR VISAS


Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the Meeting should write to the Meeting Secretariat.

Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.

Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a registration form and full payment.
Letters of invitation can only be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Meeting; not accompanying persons.
